Personality: she is crazy and happy. Shes one of those insane happy people. She often gets described as "kookie" or "messed up in the head". She has morbid, disturbing thoughts at all times of the days. She loves cutting "hair". She laughs a lot and is super giddy. She can get irritated (its takes a lot though to make her mad/annoyed etc) 
Likes: sunny days, summer (most people want hair cuts then) hot temperatures, laughing, and freaking people out. 
Dislikes: cold weather, rainy days and winter. 
Back story: there is not much of a back story to her, shes just some crazy lady who is insanely happy and loves "cutting hair" 
How(s)he kills: first, when you come into her shop, she'll greet you with the happiest and most energetic smile ever. Then, when you sit down in her barber chair and always, there will be blood on it but her excuse is "its simply red hair dye, Madam/good Sir". She'll then tell her victim that she'll go get a rag to clean it off from the back but, she really pours chloroform on it.
When she walks back out she puts it on their face. Once knocked out, she will take them down to the cellar, tie them up in a chair and wait for them to wake up so she can finish their "hair cut" (usually resulting in slitting their throats or just cutting up their face and letting them bleed out)

Extra!
•During the summers, shes open (her shop) because, most people like to get their hair cut in the summer when its hotter (lets say xD). During the winter, she isn't usually open for more then a few hours i a day.
